Returns Policy:

• All returns, refunds and size exchanges must be done within a maximum of three days of receiving your product.
• Ordering more than one item to take one of them when the courier arrives is against the courier's policy. The client will have to either take the whole package or return the whole package and pay for delivery
• Reach out to us via DM or email in case you decided to return/exchange.
• In case of an exchange the clients pays for both return and forward items

• All returns and exchanges for orders in Cairo will take place at our office in fifth settlement. We will not fulfill return and exchange order through the courier company unless the order is placed outside Cairo.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
